News from recent events – Coppicing at Ty Tanglwyst Farm

Thanks to all who came along to our day’s coppicing at Ty Tanglwyst Farm on the 29th October.  It was great to give the Kelly Kettle its first field trial, despite Rob forgetting matches, Gina and Leigh almost getting scalded and the stopper cork nowhere to be seen again, everyone managed to get a hot drink.  Thanks to Rhod for being the tea boy and Andrew for carrying all the equipment and being there along with Jeff and Dan to the bitter end!!  Gareth also gets a mention for winning the grumpy award and Derek and John for just not stopping!

Enjoyed the coppicing, the company and the cuppa. At least you remembered the sugar! Thanks Rob, hope you’ve managed to find a cork big enough to plug the hole.
