Festive Feasts for Feathered Friends!

If you’re not already putting out food for the birds, then now is a good time to start. Nuts, seeds, mealworms, scraps, fatballs ( remember to remove the plastic netting first!) – will all attract a variety of birds. What better way to while away a few minutes ( or hours) just staring out of your kitchen window? Just make sure that you place the food somewhere where your not-so-friendly neighbourhood moggy can lie in ambush for the chance of an easy snack!
Don’t forget that birds also need fresh water once the weather becomes icy.
