Sea Buckthorn Control at Newton Burrows 16th November 2013

scrub clearance 1

Don’t forget tomorrow there will be sea buckthorn clearance at newton dunes.

Meeting at beach road car park at 10.00 we will be scrub clearing for a couple of hours until 12.  Last year Leigh, Lin and ‘mad fire starter’ Chris, went at the sea buckthorn like Edward Scissorhands and managed to clear a good area of the pernicious invader.

Hopefully Chris will turn up to help Rob with the fire to burn the scrub, so wear suitable clothing, bring a friend and don’t forget your marshmallows..

Just playing around with WordPress and see I can re-post blogs. How exciting (geeky, and nerdy) but quite cool.
